CJM Logistics Group is expanding in the Pittsburgh market and hiring 20 reliable, motivated 1099 Independent Contractor Drivers for local delivery routes. This opportunity offers steady work, weekly pay, incentives, and clear paths for advancement such as Lead Driver, Area Manager, and Regional Manager.

Position Overview
- Type: Local Small-Parcel Delivery
- Location: Pittsburgh, PA
- Daily Packages: 100–160
- Start Time: 6:00 AM
- Vehicle Needed: Any reliable vehicle
- Fuel: Not included
- Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule
- Workdays: Monday–Sunday
- Full-time: 6 days per week
- Rotating Weekends:
- Week A: Saturday off
- Week B: Sunday off
Pay & Incentives
- $1.50 per package
- +$0.30 per additional package delivered to the same address
- Weekly pay (first payment begins Week 2 due to 1-week hold)
- $500 Sign-On Bonus* after meeting sign-on bonus criteria
- Referral Incentive Program:
- Encourage and refer other reliable drivers
- Earn $100 per referral once the referred driver completes 30 days
- Leadership-track drivers are expected to help build the team
Typical Weekly Earnings: $900–$1,440+
Requirements
- Reliable and on time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong time-management skills
- Clean background & driving record
- Smartphone required
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal auto insurance
- Vehicle in good condition
- Able to work independently and follow routes
- Professional handling of all packages
