About the Opportunity CJM Logistics Group is hiring reliable and motivated 1099 Independent Delivery Drivers for small parcel delivery in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This is an excellent opportunity offering consistent work, weekly pay, and career growth potential.
This is more than a contracted driver position — we’re growing fast and offer advancement opportunities such as Lead Driver, Area Manager, Regional Manager, and more. We also have an incentive program that lets you earn more based on performance.
We are looking for 10–15 dependable drivers ready to start ASAP
Position Details
- Location: Pittsburgh, PA
- Packages: 100–160 per day
- Start Time: 6:00 AM daily
- Vehicle Type: Any reliable vehicle (car, SUV, van, etc.)
- Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation
- $1.50 per package ➕ +$0.30 for each additional package at the same address
- Weekly Pay (subject to a 2-week hold; first settlement in week 3)
- Pay Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Requirements
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Strong time management and route efficiency
- Vehicle in great working condition
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Handle freight with care and professionalism
- Smartphone required (for delivery app)
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Clean driving record and background check
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
