About the Opportunity

We are expanding our delivery operations through a new express-shipping logistics contract and are looking for

dependable, motivated, and professional delivery drivers to join our growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who own a reliable vehicle, take pride in their work, value independence, and are

willing to put in the effort to maximize their daily earnings. Experienced delivery drivers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Bring your own vehicle, show up ready to work, deliver with professionalism, and get paid every Friday!

Job Responsibilities

• Arrive at the designated warehouse on time and ready to work.

• Receive and review your assigned delivery route for the day.

• Locate and identify all packages assigned to your route.

• Organize and number packages in delivery order to improve efficiency.

• Load and secure packages safely in your vehicle.

• Follow the assigned route and complete deliveries accurately and efficiently.

• Handle packages carefully and protect them from damage.

• Provide courteous, respectful, and professional service at delivery locations.

• Follow delivery instructions and document deliveries as required.

• Communicate promptly with management about delays, damaged packages, delivery issues, or other route concerns.

• Follow traffic laws, practice defensive driving, and prioritize safety.

• Keep your vehicle clean, presentable, and suitable for transporting packages.

Available Positions and Schedules

1. Part-Time Driver

• Work approximately 3–4 days per week.

• Ideal for individuals seeking additional income or a flexible schedule.

• Working days will be coordinated with management.

2. Rotating Full-Week Schedule

• Work one full week, Monday through Sunday.

• Receive the entire following week off.

• Alternate between a full week on and a full week off.

• Ideal for drivers who prefer a concentrated work schedule followed by a full week off.

3. Full-Time Driver

• Work approximately 5–7 days per week.

• Consistent weekly availability is required.

• Ideal for dedicated drivers looking to maximize their earning opportunities.

Schedules and route assignments depend on operational needs and available routes.

Compensation and Weekly Pay

• Starting rate: $1.75 per package delivered.

• Increased rate: $2.00 per package after 2,000 delivered packages.

• Payday: Every Friday.

• Estimated daily earnings: Approximately $100–$400, depending on package volume, route availability, and completed

deliveries.

Daily earnings are estimates, not guaranteed wages. Drivers are responsible for their own vehicle expenses, including

fuel, maintenance, and applicable insurance costs. Consider these expenses when evaluating the opportunity. The

company should clarify whether the $2.00 rate applies only to packages after the 2,000-package threshold or

retroactively to all packages.

Vehicle Requirements

All applicants must have a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for package delivery. Drivers must arrive at the warehouse

with their vehicle completely empty and ready to load packages.

• Accepted vehicles: SUVs, cargo vans, Sprinter vans, and four-door sedans.

• The vehicle must have enough available space for the assigned delivery route.

• The vehicle must be completely empty before loading—no personal belongings, trash, or other items taking up cargo

space.

• The vehicle must be clean, safe, dependable, and properly insured.

• Drivers must have a valid driver's license and maintain required insurance coverage.

• Packages must be transported and secured safely.

SUVs, cargo vans, and Sprinter vans are preferred because of their additional cargo capacity. Reliable four-door sedans

are welcome if they have sufficient space for the assigned route.

Please do not apply unless you have access to a qualifying vehicle and can arrive ready to load and deliver

packages.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.

• Reliable, insured vehicle suitable for package delivery.

• Ability to pass the required background check.

• Dependable work ethic and strong attendance habits.

• Ability to organize, lift, load, and unload packages as required for the assigned route.

• Comfort using a smartphone or delivery application for route instructions and delivery confirmations.

• Safe driving habits and knowledge of traffic laws.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Professional communication and willingness to follow company procedures.

• Availability to commit to the selected schedule and complete assigned routes.

Previous experience with package delivery, courier services, last-mile logistics, Amazon delivery, food delivery, or other

route-based work is strongly preferred. Applicants with strong reliability and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to

apply.

Professional Conduct and Safety Expectations

Our drivers represent the company whenever they enter the warehouse, drive through a neighborhood, or deliver a

package to a customer. Professionalism and safety are essential.

• Treat warehouse employees, coworkers, customers, and management with respect.

• Follow warehouse rules, loading procedures, and instructions from authorized personnel.

• Keep work areas organized and avoid disrupting warehouse operations.

• Obey speed limits, traffic signals, parking restrictions, and applicable traffic laws.

• Never drive recklessly, use a handheld phone while driving, or operate a vehicle while impaired.

• Respect residential communities, businesses, and private property.

• Maintain honest delivery records and promptly report issues.

• Arrive on time, communicate professionally, and complete assigned work to the best of your ability.

Who We Want on Our Team

We want more than someone who simply wants a job. We are looking for dependable drivers who are ready to work,

stay organized, learn their routes, and consistently deliver results.

If you are punctual, motivated, safety-conscious, respectful, and committed to doing quality work, we want to hear from

you. We value drivers who take initiative, solve problems professionally, and understand the importance of representing

a growing logistics business the right way.

How to Apply

We are looking to bring approximately 10 qualified drivers onto our team. When applying, please include:

• Your delivery or driving experience.

• The type of vehicle you own.

• Confirmation that you have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

• Your preferred schedule: part-time, rotating full-week schedule, or full-time.

• Your availability to begin working.
