Job Seeker FAQ


To create a courier profile please click on “Join Couriergigs” and fill out the brief form.

Couriergigs is 100% free to use for browsing and applying for jobs. It is also completely free to create your courier profile.

Couriergigs does not directly manage applications or the hiring process. If you are interested in obtaining a status update on your application, you will need to directly reach out to the employer.

To reset your password, please go to the login page and click on 'Forgot Password?' Enter your email address, and a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address entered during account creation.

To edit your account information, log into your account and click on 'My Profile'. After making the desired changes, click the 'Save' button to save your changes permanently.

To delete your profile, email us at info@couriergigs.com with the request. Please include your name and the email address associated with the account.

To unsubscribe from job alerts, click the 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the job alert email.




Employer FAQ



Creating an Employer Account is simple and free of charge. Simply click "Get Started" and fill out the form, and you'll be able to create and edit job postings, manage received applications, and more.


When creating your job posting, you'll have three options on how to receive your applications:

Link: Redirect applicants directly to an external URL to complete their application. This could be a link to the job posting in your ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or your company website. When applicants click "Apply," they'll be redirected to complete their applications.

Email: Have applicants apply by sending their applications directly to your email.

Direct: Have applicants complete their applications on CourierGigs. You'll receive an email when a new application is received. You'll be able to view and manage applicants directly on your dashboard.


At Couriergigs, our audience is specifically interested in delivery work, be it permanent delivery jobs using a company vehicle or contract delivery work with their own personal vehicle. Consequently, we mandate that jobs posted on our platform must pertain to delivery work. Any jobs not related to delivery work will not be approved. If your job is not approved, you will receive a full refund.


Your job posting should contain the following key information:

Job Title: Clearly specify the title for the role. Please note, the job title should only contain the title itself and not other details or information regarding the role.

Job Location: Indicate where the candidate will be required to report for this role.

Job Description: Provide a brief summary explaining the duties and responsibilities of the role. Please note, this doesn’t need to be exhaustive.

Job Type: Clearly indicate whether the job is a permanent full-time or part-time role, or whether the position is contract-route. For the latter, specify if the candidate will be required to complete a fixed route or if it's contract-on-demand, meaning the candidate will operate on a more flexible, demand-based schedule.

Vehicle Source: Specify whether the candidate will use a company vehicle or their own personal vehicle.

Vehicle Type Required: If the candidate will utilize their personal vehicle, clearly outline whether the position requires a specific vehicle type.

Minimum Age Requirement: If the candidate must be a minimum age to be considered for the role, please include that information.

Please also note, we may make slight edits to your job posting to enhance clarity and optimize it for search engine readability.


At this time, we currently do not offer free job postings. However, we do offer discounted prices on bulk job postings. If you're interested in purchasing a custom bulk of job postings, please contact us for more information.
