Couriergigs is a job search platform that connects you with opportunities from courier and delivery companies. We are not a courier or delivery service company ourselves. When you apply for a job on Couriergigs, you are applying directly to the company that posted it, not to Couriergigs.

Couriergigs gathers job postings from various sources. This can include company websites, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and even other job boards.

When you click "Apply" on a posting, we try to take you directly to the most efficient application method. This might involve:

Company ATS: If the company uses an Applicant Tracking System, you might be redirected there to complete their specific application format.

Company Website: Sometimes, companies prefer applications directly on their website.

Other Job Boards: Occasionally, the original job posting might be hosted on another job board. In these cases, you'll be redirected to ensure you apply through their system.

No matter the redirection, you're always on your way to applying for the desired position.

Click "Join Couriergigs" in the header menu or the "Create Your Profile" button in the footer, and fill out the brief form.

Joining Couriergigs is completely 100% free for job seekers.

Couriergigs does not directly manage applications or the hiring process. If you're interested in obtaining a status update on your application, you will need to directly reach out to the employer.

To reset your password, visit the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" button. Enter your email address, and we'll send a reset link to the email you used to create your account.

To edit your account information, log into your account and click on 'My Profile'. After making the desired changes, click the 'Save' button to save your changes permanently.

You can delete your account by logging in, navigating to "My Account" in your dashboard, and clicking the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the page. If you need any assistance, please send an email to info@couriergigs.com, and we will be happy to help you.

Employer FAQ



Creating an employer account on Couriergigs is both simple and free! Just click the "Get Started" button and fill out the short form. Once your account is set up, you'll be able to post jobs, manage applications from qualified drivers, and more - all conveniently located in your employer dashboard.


When creating your job posting, you'll have three options on how to receive your applications:

URL: Redirect applicants directly to an external URL to complete their application. This could be a link to the job posting in your ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or your company website. When applicants click "Apply," they'll be redirected to complete their application.

Email: Have applicants apply by sending their applications directly to your email.

Direct: Have applicants complete their applications on Couriergigs. You'll receive an email when a new application is received. You'll be able to view and manage applicants directly on your Couriergigs employer dashboard.


At Couriergigs, our audience is specifically interested in delivery work, be it permanent delivery jobs using a company vehicle or contract delivery work with their own personal vehicle. Consequently, we mandate that jobs posted on our platform must pertain to delivery work. Any jobs not related to delivery work WLL NOT be approved. If your job is not approved, you will receive a full refund.


Your job posting should contain the following key information:

Job Title: Clearly specify the title for the role. Please note, the job title should only contain the title itself and not other details or information regarding the role.

Job Location: Indicate where the candidate will be required to report for this role.

Job Description: Provide a brief summary explaining the duties and responsibilities of the role. Please note, this doesn’t need to be exhaustive.

Job Type: Clearly indicate whether the job is a permanent full-time or part-time role, or whether the position is contract-route. For the latter, specify if the candidate will be required to complete a fixed route or if it's contract-on-demand, meaning the candidate will operate on a more flexible, demand-based schedule.

Vehicle Source: Specify whether the candidate will use a company vehicle or their own personal vehicle.

Vehicle Type Required: If the candidate will utilize their personal vehicle, clearly outline whether the position requires a specific vehicle type.

Minimum Age Requirement: If the candidate must be a minimum age to be considered for the role, please include that information.

Please also note, we may make slight edits to your job posting to enhance clarity and optimize it for search engine readability.
