About the Role:
S&M Network LLC is hiring reliable and motivated independent delivery drivers for our PHL contract. Drivers will pick up packages from our New Jersey locations and complete daily deliveries to PHL and surrounding areas.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced opportunity ideal for drivers who want to maximize their income and operate on a flexible schedule.
Pay & Schedule:
- Operation: Open 7 days a week — non-stop availability
- Drivers can sign up and pick up loads daily
- Average volume: 100+ packages per day
- Rate: $1.50 per package
- Weekly pay
- Potential earnings: $1,000 to $3,000+ per week, depending on workload and delivery volume
Vehicle Requirements:
- Acceptable vehicles: Minivans, SUVs, Pickup Trucks, or Cargo Vans
- Box trucks are not permitted
Requirements:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle in good condition
- Smartphone for scanning and tracking deliveries
- Must pass a background check ($40 fee deducted from first paycheck)
- Ability to lift packages and complete daily routes efficiently
