Location: Colonial Heights, VA
Role: AVP Delivery Driver — use your own vehicle
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time; seasonal OK (strong performers may convert)
Comp: $2.00 per stop. Typical route example: 100 stops = $200 before vehicle expenses. Actual daily totals vary by route density and experience. Weekly pay by direct deposit (Fridays). $150 sign‑on bonus after 3 weeks.

A Typical Day
- Arrive ~8–9 am at the FedEx terminal in Colonial Heights
- Load your vehicle (we’ll help), scan, and deliver
- Drop scanner—day done
You Bring
- Age 21+ with valid license, insurance, registration, inspection
- Your vehicle (SUV/van/pickup w/ secured cover; sedan OK; ≤15 years old)
- Can lift 1–10 lbs; smartphone w/ GPS; comfortable using a scanner
- Clean(ish) MVR and pass background + drug screen (we pay)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Prior delivery (DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats, Amazon Flex, or FedEx
Pay & Benefits
- $2.00 per stop; weekly direct deposit (Fridays)
- $150 sign-on after 3 weeks
- Full-time benefits after 30 days (seasonal roles not benefits-eligible)
