We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cargo Van / Sprinter Van Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering packages efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial driving, warehouse operations, and handling various loading and unloading tasks. Duties
- Safely operate cargo vans or Sprinter vans for route deliveries and pickups
- Load and unload goods using pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques
- Ensure timely delivery of packages to customers across designated routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and routine inspection of the vehicle to ensure safety standards are met
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies related to commercial driving and safety protocols
- Document delivery activities accurately and report any issues or delays promptly
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving heavy lifting and moving preferred
- Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes
- Prior experience with box trucks or cargo vans is a plus
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with local routes
- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance and punctuality
