Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, professional Medical Courier for our Day Time Main Route, operating Monday–Friday from approximately 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This role is ideal for someone who values punctuality, professionalism, and representing a medical pathology practice with care and integrity.
Responsibilities include:
- Timely pickup of medical specimens from physicians’ offices and surgery centers
- Delivery of specimens, reports, and medical supplies
- Maintaining proper handling procedures, chain-of-custody, and patient confidentiality
- Professional, courteous interaction with medical office and clinical staff
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Strong reliability, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay range: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.85 per mile (above current federal mileage rate)
- W-2 employee position (not a gig or contract role)
