Key Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of goods to designated locations.
- Safely handle packages to prevent damage, loss, or delays.
- Use your own insured vehicle, equipment, and mobile device to perform delivery services.
- Maintain professional conduct, appearance, and courtesy when interacting with clients and customers.
- Follow client-specific instructions while retaining control over the manner and means of performing services.
- Provide accurate and timely records of completed deliveries, mileage, and any incidents.
- Immediately report accidents, damages, delays, or customer complaints.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier.
- Cargo Van
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Valid auto registration.
- Reliable, well-maintained vehicle suitable for delivery services.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
- Professional communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Smartphone capable of running required delivery applications.
