Job Description:
Plentify LLC is seeking reliable Independent Courier Contractors to complete local parcel deliveries throughout Philadelphia. Contractors use their own vehicle to pick up and deliver packages safely and efficiently along assigned routes.
This is a flexible opportunity with consistent delivery volume. Drivers earn $1.10 per package, with additional performance bonuses, multi-stop bonuses, and holiday incentives. Routes typically average 100–300+ packages per day, resulting in potential earnings of $110–$350 per day ($550–$1,650+ per week) depending on route volume and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver parcel items safely and on time
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Maintain communication regarding deliveries
- Operate vehicle safely and professionally
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid vehicle registration
- License tag
- Active auto insurance
- Smartphone with GPS
- Ability to handle parcel items
- Must complete W9 form
