VANS ... Local Delivery Driver – Independent Contractor (1099)
** We Cannot Provide Vehicles If You Do Not Own Cargo Van **
Hannibal, Missouri Location And Surrounding Areas
We are hiring dependable local drivers to run delivery routes in the Hannibal area.
Delivery Areas
Hannibal Area: routes are currently being staffed for a March start date.
Specific areas will be announced soon.
Position Overview
This is a local, casual delivery position with consistent volume for reliable drivers.
Drivers pick up packages from a meet-up location and head straight out on their route.
- Pick up and go (no warehouse processing)
- Mostly soft parcels and small boxes
- Packages are generally under 35lbs
- While not guaranteed and depending on volume, routes typically average 50–70+ packages with ~55 to 65 stops
This is steady work for drivers who show up, communicate, and deliver consistently.

Pay Structure
Drivers choose how they want to be paid.
Weekly Pay Option
- $225 per day
- First week worked is paid the following week, afterwards .. daily pay
- Payday is Saturday before 9:00 p.m
Average workday is about 8 - 10 hours, depending on route size and pace.
Driver Requirements
- Vehicle required: Vans ONLY
- Smartphone required
- No delivery experience needed
- No CDL or truck driving required
- Must be reliable and consistent
