Afternoon and evening availability required. We are not seeking daytime-only availability.
Required Availability Windows
Contractors must be available during one or more of the following timeframes:
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
- 5:00 PM 10:00 PM
- 6:00 PM 12:00 AM
If you are seeking morning or traditional day-shift hours, this opportunity will not be a fit.

Our contracted couriers play a critical role in patient care by ensuring time-sensitive medical materials are delivered accurately, securely, and on schedule.
We are expanding in the Cincinnati area and are seeking dependable independent contractors for on-demand afternoon and evening coverage.
Opportunity Overview
This is anon-demand independent contractor opportunity, not a guaranteed route.
Contracted couriers may be offered opportunities for:
- STAT / urgent medical deliveries
- Same-day transport
- After-hours runs
- Overflow coverage
Onboarding and training are provided.
Availability, professionalism, and responsiveness directly affect dispatch opportunities.
Contractor Responsibilities
- Complete time-sensitive medical deliveries between healthcare facilities
- Transport specimens, pharmaceuticals, and supplies securely
- Maintain strict chain-of-custody and HIPAA compliance
- Communicate clearly with dispatch
- Operate independently while meeting delivery deadlines
- Represent Accurate Courier professionally
Contractor Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Reliable, properly insured vehicle
- Smartphone capable of running courier applications
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Ability to meet time-critical delivery standards
- Must pass background screening
