We are seeking reliable and professional Independent Contractor (IC) drivers to join our growing delivery team. Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned delivery routes in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas efficiently and safely
- Handle 24/7 STAT delivery services requiring immediate and time-sensitive deliveries
- Load, transport, and deliver packages to customers in a timely manner using required software
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery
- Navigate routes using GPS and route optimization tools
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Current DMV driving record (must be provided)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Reliable vehicle (Large SUV, cargo van, box truck, or similar - depends on route needs)
- Proof of vehicle insurance with minimum 100/300 coverage
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and customer service attitude
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
