Independent Contract Delivery Driver (1099)
The Opportunity We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our network of independent delivery drivers! Please note that this is a 1099 independent contractor role, not a W-2 hourly position. As a contractor, you are your own boss—you have the freedom to accept delivery opportunities that perfectly fit your personal availability and preferred service area.
Compensation
- Estimated Earnings: $100 – $350 per day (Daily earnings vary based on your availability, delivery type, distance, and vehicle class).
- Pay Structure: $2.00 per delivery stop.

- Car / Sedan
- SUV
- Cargo Van / Sprinter
What You Will Do
- Pick up and safely deliver packages, retail items, documents, or small freight.
- Use your personal smartphone to receive delivery offers, navigate routes, and confirm drop-offs.
- Perform light loading and unloading of items (must be able to lift up to ~50 lbs).
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers when required.
- Follow safe driving practices and ensure deliveries are completed on time.
What You Need (Requirements)
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
- A reliable vehicle in good working condition.
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with an active data plan.
- Ability to pass a background check (requirements vary depending on delivery type).
- Professional, punctual, and customer-service oriented attitude.
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior delivery, courier, or gig-driver experience.
- Ownership of a Cargo Van or Sprinter.
- Ability and willingness to handle larger delivery items.
