Seiua is a new delivery platform launching in Texas and we're building our first wave of drivers before we go live. This isn't your typical delivery gig. With Seiua you see the full order and pay before you accept, keep your complete delivery fee, and take home 100% of your tips. No commission cuts. No surprises. Just straightforward pay for straightforward work.

Earn $18–$26/hour based on deliveries completed, distance, time of day, and tips.
Active drivers in busy zones during peak hours typically earn within this range.
Actual earnings vary based on location, availability, and market demand.
$150 SIGN-ON BONUS for drivers who complete their first 30 deliveries within 30 days of launch.
Responsibilities
- Pick up orders from local restaurants and merchants in your area
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with customers and merchants through the Seiua driver app
- Maintain food safety and handling standards during transport
- Provide a positive delivery experience on every order
- Accept or decline orders based on your own schedule and availability
Skills
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle — car, SUV, truck, scooter, or e-bike
- Smartphone (iOS or Android)
- 18 years of age or older * Ability to pass a background check
- Strong sense of direction and time management
- Professional and friendly communication with customers *
- Previous delivery experience a plus
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged — we are actively recruiting drivers who speak English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog
