Step into a day on our final‑mile team
Start your morning by reviewing the route, loading carefully packaged fitness equipment and furniture, and heading out across Bismarck, ND. You and your partner handle white‑glove delivery, on‑site assembly, and friendly walkthroughs so customers can enjoy their new gear right away. This is ongoing independent contractor work with the freedom to manage your time and the satisfaction of hands‑on problem solving.
Team/vehicle requirements: You operate as a two‑person crew and provide your own insured cargo van or box truck. An EIN is required.
What you’ll do
- Deliver fitness machines and home furnishings to customers promptly and professionally.
- Assemble and install according to manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences.
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and leave each site cleaner than you found it.
- Coordinate with our logistics team to plan efficient routes and schedules.
- Complete delivery confirmations and capture customer feedback and signatures.
What you bring
- A reliable, adequately insured truck, van, or box truck—and a dedicated helper (two‑person teams required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in delivery, assembly, install, or a similar trade is a plus.
- Comfort with mobile apps and clear, professional communication.
- Strong customer focus and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items and work on your feet.
- Excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with common hand tools.

Background and Drug Screens are performed on all contractors including helpers
MVR are performed for all driving contractors
