Responsibilities
- Safely deliver & then stage large food orders
- Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment by verifying delivery details and maintaining proper documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service by communicating professionally with restaurant staff at pickup & customers during delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar delivery driver role with a focus on customer service
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of route planning
- Physical ability to lift heavy items safely
- Familiarity with mobile devices for navigation, communication, and delivery documentation
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
