Current Recruitment Areas:
Greensboro NC, Winston-Salem NC, High Point NC, Kernersville NC, Burlington NC , Raleigh/Triangle NC, Fayetteville NC, Greenville NC, Charlotte NC, and surrounding areas
PICKUP LOCATIONS AND SERVICE AREAS:
Bradsher Transportation & Logistics is building a widespread independent contractor network for current and future small-parcel delivery opportunities.
We are currently prioritizing drivers in Fayetteville, Greenville/PGV, Raleigh-Durham, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Kernersville, Burlington, Charlotte, and surrounding communities. Drivers in other areas of North Carolina are also encouraged to apply.
Depending on the opportunity, contractors may be required to pick up packages from a designated facility located outside their assigned delivery territory. Applicants should carefully consider the distance and travel time between potential pickup facilities and the markets they are willing to service.
Package volume, pickup locations, delivery territories, assigned ZIP codes, schedules, and route availability will vary by customer contract and operational demand.
The specific pickup location, delivery territory, compensation rate, estimated package volume, schedule, travel expectations, and route details will be disclosed before an assignment is accepted.
Opportunity
Drivers will use their own reliable vehicle and smartphone to complete small-parcel delivery assignments. Available opportunities may include high-volume residential parcel routes with compensation paid on a per-successfully-delivered-package basis.
Per-package rates vary based on the assigned market, delivery territory, and opportunity. Please understand that this is a HIGH-VOLUME small-parcel opportunity. Delivery opportunities are available seven days per week; however, contractors may indicate the days they are interested in accepting assignments. Preference may be given to Independent Contractor Drivers and Contracted Courier Partner (CCP) teams with the capacity and interest to handle approximately 100+ packages per route, per driver/vehicle.
Certain full-route opportunities are anticipated to gross approximately $800–$1,000 per week before contractor expenses, depending on package volume, rate, days selected, and route availability. Package volume and earnings are not guaranteed.
Drivers may indicate the days, markets, and travel radius they are interested in working during the application process.

- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for small-parcel delivery

- Smartphone with GPS, camera, and mobile data capability

Sedans, SUVs, minivans, cargo vans, and other suitable vehicles may be considered depending on the opportunity.
Independent Contractor Opportunity
This is an independent contractor opportunity, not employment. Contractors may indicate which available days and service areas they are interested in accepting.
Applicable opportunities may require contractors to provide their own vehicle, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and other operating expenses.
Certain assignments may operate with an initial two-week payment hold followed by weekly settlements. Assignment-specific payment terms will be disclosed before acceptance.
Courier Companies Welcome
BTL is also interested in hearing from Contracted Courier Partners (CCPs)—independent courier/delivery businesses with existing drivers and vehicles available to provide delivery capacity.
CCPs are subject to additional business, insurance, driver, vehicle, and compliance requirements based on the applicable contract.
