CCE Turismo is expanding its Dallas–Fort Worth operation and is looking for a dependable, professional Cargo Van Driver to operate a company-provided Ford Transit 250.
This position is ideal for a responsible driver who is comfortable spending extended periods on the road, driving long hours, and traveling significant mileage when routes require it.

What You'll Drive

- Routes may involve extended driving hours and significant mileage
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a company Ford Transit 250
- Pick up and deliver packages, freight, and other cargo
- Travel local, regional, and longer-distance routes
- Be comfortable driving for extended periods and covering significant mileage
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery instructions
- Load, unload, and properly secure cargo
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
- Maintain accurate pickup and delivery records
- Perform basic daily vehicle inspections
- Keep the company vehicle clean and well maintained
- Report vehicle issues or maintenance concerns promptly
- Represent CCE Turismo professionally at every stop
Driver Requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Clean and responsible driving history
- Comfortable driving long hours and traveling long distances
- Ability to remain alert and safety-conscious during extended driving periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the vehicle location
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
- Ability to safely operate a Ford Transit 250 cargo van
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to lift and handle packages as required
- Smartphone capable of using navigation, dispatch, and delivery applications
- Comfortable working independently while on the road
- Previous delivery, courier, transportation, or cargo-van experience is preferred
Compensation - 25% of Weekly Gross Revenue
Drivers are compensated at 25% of the company's weekly gross revenue generated by their assigned vehicle and routes.
For example, if the vehicle generates $4,000 in gross revenue during a week, the driver's compensation would be $1,000 for that week. If weekly gross revenue reaches $5,000, the driver's compensation would be $1,250. As route volume and weekly revenue increase, the driver's earning potential increases as well.
This compensation structure gives drivers the opportunity to earn more as route volume and weekly revenue increase.
Actual weekly compensation will vary based on available routes, route volume, mileage, and the gross revenue generated during the week.
