About the Opportunity
We are expanding our package delivery operations in Jersey Village, Houston, TX, and are actively looking for reliable delivery drivers and experienced managers to join our growing team!
We specialize in delivering small to medium-sized e-commerce packages for major online retailers, including SHEIN, Temu, and TikTok Shop.
Due to increasing package volume, we are looking for dependable individuals who are ready to start immediately and help us keep our delivery operations running efficiently.

Positions Available
1. Delivery Drivers – 1099 Independent Contractors
We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy driving, working independently, and earning based on their completed deliveries.
2. Delivery Operations Managers / Team Leads
We are also seeking responsible, organized, and motivated individuals who can help oversee daily delivery operations, coordinate drivers, and ensure packages are delivered on time.
Management responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating daily driver assignments and routes.
- Assisting with driver recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Monitoring delivery progress and daily performance.
- Ensuring drivers follow delivery procedures.
- Managing communication between drivers and warehouse personnel.
- Helping resolve delivery issues and organizing package returns.
- Supporting the team to meet daily delivery goals.
Previous delivery, logistics, warehouse, or team leadership experience is preferred for management positions.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities
- Pick up assigned packages from our designated warehouse each morning.
- Deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and business addresses.
- Use a smartphone delivery app for navigation, scanning, and delivery confirmation.
- Take clear proof-of-delivery photos for every completed delivery.
- Follow delivery instructions and company procedures.
- Complete assigned deliveries within the required same-day delivery window.
- Communicate delivery issues promptly.
- Provide professional customer service.
Delivery Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle required (fuel-efficient vehicles preferred).
- Valid auto insurance.
- Smartphone with reliable mobile data.
- Ability to occasionally lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Weekend availability required.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to complete accepted routes on the same day.
Delivery Area
Jersey Village – Houston, TX 77041
Routes may include surrounding Houston areas depending on package volume and operational needs.
Compensation & Schedule
Delivery Drivers:
- 1099 Independent Contractor.
- Weekly payments.
- Paid per successfully completed delivery stop.
- Earnings vary based on completed stops, route volume, and performance.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Management Positions:
- Compensation discussed based on responsibilities, experience, and position.
