Delivery Drivers Needed – Peak Season Hiring
Immediate Openings | Long-Term Opportunities Available
We are expanding our delivery team and looking for reliable, hardworking drivers to join us for peak season!
Pay Structure
- $1.80 per completed stop – Ford Transit vans.
- $1.70 per completed stop – Minivans and other cargo vans.
- Pay is based on the number of completed delivery stops.
Vehicle Requirements
- Must have your own reliable cargo van, minivan, or Ford Transit.
- No company-provided vehicles available.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and business addresses.
- Follow assigned daily delivery routes.
- Complete deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism and reliability throughout the workday.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Smartphone with reliable service.
- Previous delivery experience preferred, but not required.
- Dependable, punctual and responsible.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable loading and unloading packages by hand.
- Must be able to walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the workday.
Schedule & Employment
- 6–7 days per week during peak season.
- Daily assigned delivery routes.
- 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Delivery Areas
Linden, Roselle, Elizabeth, Cranford and surrounding New Jersey communities.
Long-Term Opportunity
Drivers who perform well and demonstrate reliability may have the opportunity to remain part of our team after peak season, with continued delivery routes available.
