Independent Contractor - Small Package Delivery Driver & Operations Support

We are seeking a driven and reliable independent contractor to join our team as a Small Package Delivery Driver & Operations Support Specialist. This role combines delivery driving with operational logistics support, giving you a chance to gain hands-on experience in every step of the logistics process.

What You’ll Do:
Daily Deliveries:
- Deliver 20-25 packages per day (Monday to Saturday).
- Ensure 125 packages are delivered weekly to meet the target.
- Use routing apps to plan efficient routes and provide real-time delivery updates to customers.
️ Operations Support:
- Complete two daily pickups from Lilburn and Duluth (Monday to Friday).
- Transport packages to the hub and sort them for the next day’s deliveries.
- Assist with route planning and documentation to ensure smooth logistics.
- Collaborate with the team to improve operational processes.
Important Notice – Not for Everyone:
If you don’t enjoy driving for extended hours or across varying distances, or if unpredictable routes and schedules are not for you, this may not be the right position. The role requires adaptability, efficient time management, and commitment to meeting delivery targets each week.
What We Offer:
Weekly Pay:
- Base Pay: $800 per week.
- Gas Subsidy: $100 weekly to cover fuel costs.
- Total Weekly Pay: $900 (including gas).
- Performance Bonus: Earn extra when you exceed delivery targets.
