Job Description:
As an Independent Delivery Driver with JDLS Carrier Network, you’ll be responsible for picking up and delivering freight, products, and goods to various locations. This is a flexible, contractor-based position where you’ll choose your work schedule and have the opportunity to increase your earnings based on availability and work demand.
Requirements:
• Own a reliable vehicle (Cargo Van, Sprinter Van, Box Truck, Hot-Shot Trailer, Tractor Trailer, or Power Only's)
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to lift 60lbs
• Equipment to secure loads, pallet jack, tie downs, dollies etc.
• Ability to use a smartphone and navigate delivery apps (we’ll help you get set up)
Order Volume:
Order volume varies based on demand, but our drivers can expect a steady flow of deliveries. The more available you are, the more opportunities you’ll have to increase your earnings. We are continuously adding new partnerships, which means more delivery opportunities coming soon!
