Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Parts Delivery Driver to join our team at SPP Enterprises. As a Parts Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of auto parts and products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to ensuring our deliveries are made efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver parts to customers, including automotive shops and other business locations.
- Ensure parts are delivered on time and according to the schedule.
- Load and unload parts in a safe and careful manner.
- Verify that the correct parts are being delivered.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and receipts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with unloading items if needed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch to report any issues or delays.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid D driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Previous delivery or driving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good knowledge of the local area and roadways.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with delivering automotive parts or similar products.
- Familiarity with GPS systems and delivery apps.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues.
- Punctual, dependable, and self- motivated
