We’re seeking reliable, professional drivers for a high-priority on-demand contract serving the Austin and San Antonio metro areas. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity — set your own schedule, work when you want, and earn great pay delivering time-sensitive shipments.
What You’ll Do:
- Pick up and deliver packages, equipment, and materials within tight time windows
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch
- Ensure packages are secure and delivered without damage
- Use your own insured vehicle (must meet company safety standards)
Pay Range:
- $120–$220+ per route, with potential up to $300 on longer runs
- Paid per job: base pay + mileage + wait time + bonuses
- Weekly direct deposit
- Bonuses for milestone deliveries and peak hours
✅ Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Smartphone with GPS and ability to use routing apps
- Reliable car, cargo van, or box truck (TWIC a plus, not required for first 30 days)
- Strong work ethic and time management
- Willingness to work Wednesdays and weekends when volume peaks
