Job Opportunity: Independent Contractor Driver - 1099 Position

Job Overview:
- Deliver small to medium-sized packages (roughly the size of a brown grocery bag) on a scheduled route.
- Noon & 8 PM Routes consist of 6 delivery stops, average 130 miles round trip, and take about 4 hours to complete.
- 1 AM Routes consist of 3 delivery stops, average 100 miles round trip. and take about 2 hours to complete.
- Deliveries are time-sensitive and require attention to detail and care.
Available Routes:
- East Side Night Routes: 8:00 PM, 5-7 days a week.
- East Side Night Routes: 1 AM, 2-3 days a week.
- East Side Noon Route: Tuesdays and Sundays.
- Preference given to those who can commit to at least 10 routes per week.
- Part-time routes may be available after the initial 10-route commitment is fulfilled.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
- Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.
- Smartphone with GPS.
- Ability to follow HIPAA-compliant procedures.
- Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism are a must.
- Preference will be given to candidates who reside near Highway 51 in the North Phoenix area, due to proximity to the primary route.
- Compensation: $800 to $1,000/week (DOE)
