Base pay $20/hour + incentives
Multiple Shifts: 4am - 2:30pm Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon & 2pm - 10pm Thurs - Mon

JOB SUMMARY:
*** This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to be 1099 Independent Contractors not employees***
- Safety is key at Capstone, so we perform inspections of the vehicle prior to and after operation
Daily Functions:
- Will operate sprinter vans/trucks acting as an Independent Contractor Delivery Driver / Yard Marshall for a major grocery retailer
- Warehouse Work: rolling pallets on/off or vans as needed
- Provide excellent and reliable delivery service using a company provided sprinter van/small truck.
- Assist Delivery drivers if vehicle were to go down while on a Route.
- You will support and participate in Safety Team meetings to ensure open communication
- Complete daily logs to ensure proper reporting and measurement of productivity
- Communicate with other shifts to provide a seamless transition and maintain efficiency
- Read work orders determine work assignments to identify appropriate equipment needs.
- Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets
- Ensure the yard is clean and organized
- Trailers are safely spotted and remain damage free
- Sit or stand for periods (concrete flooring and changing temperatures
- These are CONTRACTOR positions & start up/standard industry deductions will apply

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- A valid driver's license (CDL NOT required)
- DOT Medical Certificate (can be obtained through contract)
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivation with ability to work with limited supervision
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate changing operational needs
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs. materials handled vary
