Independent Contractor / Owner Operator – Cargo Van.

Responsibilities
- Pickup packages from designated warehouse.
- Load and unload cargo.
- Manage route driving to ensure on-time deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Follow all company policies related to delivery procedures, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must own or lease a Cargo Van (minimum 10 ft; examples: Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, Mercedes Sprinter)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Proven delivery driving experience with an emphasis on safety and professionalism
- Experience operating cargo vans.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items; must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Insurance Requirements (Cargo Vans):
- Auto Liability: Minimum $300,000 combined single limit
Compensation & Payment:
- Compensation is $15 per stop, with a minimum guaranteed daily pay of $250, whichever is greater.
- Paid weekly every Friday (first payment is issued the following week)
