Job Overview
CDLC Logistics LLC is actively seeking Independent Contractors and Owner Operators with Cargo Vans to handle the pickup and delivery of construction materials for major retail partners.
This is a high-volume, structured delivery operation — not gig app work. Drivers receive consistent routes, steady demand, and optimized multi-stop deliveries designed to maximize earnings and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate your cargo van safely to complete scheduled deliveries
- Load, secure, and unload construction materials
- Complete multi-stop routes (7–12+ deliveries per day)
- Follow dispatch instructions and optimized routing
- Maintain delivery logs via mobile apps or paperwork
- Provide professional customer service
- Follow all safety and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must own or lease a Cargo Van (minimum 10 ft)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Prior delivery driving experience required
- Comfortable lifting and handling heavy materials
- Strong communication and professionalism
Insurance Requirements
- Auto Liability: Minimum $100,000 CSL
- Cargo Insurance: Minimum $25,000 per occurrence
Compensation & Payment
- Pay based on distance + weight of materials hauled
- Average earnings: $200–$300+ per day
