Walmart Routes for 16-24 FT Box Truck Owners/Drivers in North Bergen, Secaucus and Kearny, Howell, Audubon.
Pick Up Locations: North Bergen, Secaucus, Kearny, Audubon and Howell, NJ
Pick up Time: 2.00PM
Schedule: 7 Days Per Week

Join Our Growing Delivery Team!
We are seeking reliable and professional Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers with their own Box Trucks for daily delivery routes in New Jersey- North Bergen, Secaucus, Kearny, Audubon, and Howell. Routes are available 7 days a week and are approximately 8 hours. Packages range from 30-50, but volume may vary per day. Deliveries are within approximately a 50-100 mile radius.
This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated drivers looking for consistent work and competitive earnings.
Drivers without their own box trucks but want to drive ours can also apply. The compensation rate is different and will be disclosed during the interview.
Responsibilities
- Pick up delivery loads from the assigned location.
- Follow assigned delivery routes while maintaining on-time performance.
- Unload packages at designated delivery locations.
- Use a smartphone to scan packages and complete proof of delivery.
- Maintain communication with dispatch as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
Compensation
- Flat daily rate
- Net 14 Payment Schedule
- Opportunity to earn more based on number of days worked
Vehicle Requirement
- 16-26 FT Box Truck
- The vehicle must be clean and professional in appearance, free of exterior logos, lettering, wraps, decals or advertising.
Driver Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Current vehicle registration
- Pass background check
- Clean driving record
- Smartphone with GPS and mobile data
- Physically capable of lifting, loading and unloading packages.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Authorized to work in the United States
