Job Description

Let’s be honest: standard delivery gigs can be unpredictable and frustrating. Heavy lifting, handling cash, constantly wondering when your next payout is coming—it wears you down.

At Movana Inc., we do things differently.

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you operate as an independent business driver with full autonomy. We are a stable, growing business with a long-term contract that guarantees steady, year-round work. We focus strictly on small packages and poly mailers—meaning NO heavy lifting. You bring the drive, your own reliable vehicle, and a focus on efficiency; we provide consistent volume, fast payouts, and room to grow your career into leadership roles within our team.

Schedule: Flexible Days | 6:00 AM – Route Completion (Pick your route/schedule)

What Makes This Role Different?

Consistent Daily Earnings: Earn up to $250/day with clear performance expectations.
Get Paid Your Way: Enjoy regular weekly pay with daily pay options when you need cash fast.
1099 Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom and tax benefits of running your own independent delivery business.
No Heavy Lifting: Hand-deliver light parcels, small packages, and poly mailers.
Zero Cash Handling: Focus 100% on driving and delivering without the hassle of collecting payments.
Driver Autonomy: Use your own efficient vehicle (any reliable car, SUV, or van works!) to complete local, multi-stop residential and commercial routes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Pick-Up & Go: Report to our main hub in Mobile AL 36610 to load up accurately and efficiently.
Hit the Road: Efficiently navigate local mixed delivery routes (100+ packages/shift) across target delivery zones including Jasper, Tate, Ball Ground, Kennesaw, Marietta, Woodstock, Roswell, Rome, and surrounding areas.
Snap & Complete: Capture clear, accurate delivery photos in our app to confirm drop-offs and lock in your earnings.
Keep It Safe: Perform basic daily checks on your vehicle to ensure a smooth, worry-free shift.

You don’t just drive; you own your route. You take pride in hustle, route management, and seamless organization. You love being on the move, solving quick daily puzzles, and hitting performance goals.

Ideal Qualifications:

Self-Motivated & Punctual: You know how to manage time, stay on schedule, and knock out 100+ stops efficiently.
Detail-Oriented: You double-check addresses, take clean delivery photos, and treat every parcel with care.
Problem Solver: You navigate local routes effortlessly and adapt quickly on the go.
Reliable: You maintain your own vehicle, keep basic maintenance in check, and take pride in dependable work.
