Job Description
We are a delivery service provider looking for dependable, motivated independent contractors who understand that reliability and communication are extremely important in this business.
This is a 1099 contractor position, and compensation is based on the number of packages you successfully deliver. As a contractor, you are responsible for your own vehicle, fuel, insurance, and other expenses associated with completing your routes.
We are looking for drivers who can arrive on time, complete their assigned routes, follow proper proof-of-delivery procedures, communicate with management, and return any undelivered packages promptly. Once you accept and leave with a route, those packages are your responsibility until they are either successfully delivered or properly returned.
We do provide training and will make sure you understand our procedures before you begin. We want our drivers to be successful, and we are always willing to help when there is a legitimate issue. In return, we expect professionalism, accountability, and good communication.
