Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Location: South Ocala / Northeast Marion County

Schedule: Monday – Friday 11am – 8pm

Compensation: Weekly Settlement

We are seeking a local Medical Courier for the Marion County area. The available contract will be scheduled Monday through Friday from 11AM. – 8PM and consists of deliveries across the North-East region of Marion County, with a starting point in South Ocala.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport sensitive medical materials between residential locations, nursing home facilities and between Hospice facilities.
Adhere to designated delivery pickup times at designated Pharmacy location.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent our commitment to excellence.
Return any deliveries that were not delivered to Hospice facility for overnight safekeeping.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Own reliable vehicle with insurance coverage
Willingness to undergo Level 2 background check (fingerprint check), MVR review, and drug screening
Availability to cover other areas for Hospice backup.
Ability to download and operate multiple mobile apps
Active HIPAA and BBP certifications
